That's why MC's like Cowboy, Busy Bee, etc aren't considered lyrical. When, Moe Dee smashed Busy by telling him to put that bawitdaba da bang da bang diggy diggy sh!t on hold it was monumental. There was a new age of MC's that began to put rhymes in more complex formats. Thus birthing the Lyrical MC "Lyrical in classic Hip Hop sense". So, instead of missing you I'll hit you with it. If, you disagree then so be it.

I disagree being lyrical is a combination of Flow, delivery and content. Not one before or over the other.

Pac was lyrical just not in the traditional sense where he was using big words or changing his schemes. He made up for that with his delivery, passion, songwriting ability. He was a genius.
