That doesn't have anything to do with lyrical ability. Do you know what the fuck a lyric is? To say Tupac never really changed up his rhyme scheme and flow is one thing, but lyrical ability is another thing entirely. Pac's delivery is what people connect to emotion and his content is what laced it. Spitting metaphors and complex multi's does not define lyricism. SMFH @ this thread and smfh @ AHH lazy shiftless ass staff. This what the fuck you come up with after two months? Goofball ass niggas... who took the "World's Most Dangerous Site" quote off the top of the page? wtf

That's your opinion. Furthermore, I didn't just point out what I FEEL are\were pac weaknesses. I also pointed what I think he was good at. Which, renders the rest of girly rant pure dick riding. If, you want this site to be worth it's grain in salt step your debate and communication game up.

Your exact wording was "Lyrical in classic Hip Hop sense". Lyrical ability in the CLASSIC sense is bawitdaba da bang da bang diggy diggy at the beginning of every verse of the late 70's and mid to late 80's. So miss me with that talk.

And that's not an opinion, it's fact. Lyrical ability is defined by content first, not delivery or rhyme scheme seperately.

That's why MC's like Cowboy, Busy Bee, etc aren't considered lyrical. When, Moe Dee smashed Busy by telling him to put that bawitdaba da bang da bang diggy diggy sh!t on hold it was monumental. There was a new age of MC's that began to put rhymes in more complex formats. Thus birthing the Lyrical MC "Lyrical in classic Hip Hop sense". So, instead of missing you I'll hit you with it. If, you disagree then so be it.

I disagree being lyrical is a combination of Flow, delivery and content. Not one before or over the other.

Because, his rhyme schemes, flow and delivery were elementary. Uplifting, meaningful, deep, timely? Sure!! Was that. However, lyrical in classic Hip Hop sense? He was not that.

you said it better than i could.

Pac was lyrical just not in the traditional sense where he was using big words or changing his schemes. He made up for that with his delivery, passion, songwriting ability. He was a genius.

"they pray four times a day they pray five, whose ways are strange when it's time to survive, some will go of they own will to die, others take you with 'em when they blow sky high"
