They did a lot of dirt together but the writers made it a point to show that he'd bury Holly for him. Ghost could've easily said fuck that, you on your own. Ghost had no words but "it's done".

Idk if he was going to body him or not but he saw him in trouble and got right to it. Through it all that's his mans no matter what.

I mean the previews show him letting security know he no longer has a need to retain their services. I'm thinking it's because him and Tommy are about to get into some real shit and just the general nature of the things he is involved in, he don't want security being a witness to that anymore.

It's kind of like they got too close to his world by killing the Jamaicans so he gotta part ways.
