Why Holly's death was so enjoyable to watch was that it was entirely preventable on her part.

Firstly Tommy told her to leave, he didn't stand in her way, he didn't hold her back so she could of dipped easily.

But here goes the dumb bitch wanting to antagonise, get the last word and twist the knife on Tommy.

The same Tommy who less than 24hrs ago got shot and the episode opened up with him all paranoid grinding his gat into the window looking unhinged.

The same Tommy who every time his door knocked he jumps at it just itching to pop off

The same Tommy who was doing several lines of high grade cocaine all day with his ma no less

The same Tommy that's been procrastinating in doing the deed even though it may mean his life, but you just told that you had his boy from childhood killed like it was nothing

This is going way too far down the rabbit hole...but the original creator of Batman and the guy who illustrated the comic from the 70's - the early 90's both confirmed that Gotham was based on Chicago. Metropolis has always been the 'New York' of the comic books.

There is no easy answer to where Gotham is because at 1st it was based on nj and ny but took on elements of the Chi same as Metropolis.

But Gotham can't really be NYC because there is an NYC in the DCU
