1. Tariq in the hood sneaker store walking out with $250 merch - like those sneaks wouldna been sensored up, door alarmed up...never would have made it to the pavement

3. Angela with Greg? Whyyyyyy - thats the definition of believing her own ho-blicity. The bartender stacking his cash in the refrigerator, right behind the bar in front of the customers...right after Ghost asked for some cigs from Eastern Europe - like the bartender would not been extra suspicious behind that - then...    Karen's father Horatio - very, very rich European. Think there is more to him - like he might be connected with the Serbs OR might have some kind of old world mob connections and rivalry based on ethnic ties in Europe. He might get in it to take down Milan, Believe he is too big for Ghost to take on by himself. Tryna bring Milan down on the illegally imported cigs - weak, so weak Ghost ya slippin.

Tommy is a better character from a writing standpoint because it's unpredictable with him

Crazy how the is arguably the worst of the three seasons but had arguably the best episode of the three seasons!!!!

Ghost still snitching and setting people up.....Cannot wait until the roles are reversed and he gets setup and snitched on!!!!!

Honestly I see this Ghost show ending one of three ways for him:

1) he gets clapped in dramatic fashion a la Sonny Corleone/Stringer Bell

2) what you said in the bold, he's so used to snitching and setting others up that someone will do it to him and it'll be someone really close to do it e.g. Tasha/Tariq for whatever reason and he does crazy time

3) He gets caught up on 2) but rather than go prison, he takes his hobby and make it his profession and become an official fed informant - payroll and everything! Think Vic Mackey from the shield

Its not time for all of that yet. Kanan kind of learned his lesson about how he should and shouldn't go about getting at Ghost. How you know what type of crew he has or hasn't tried to rebuild if they haven't shown anything that he is doing outside of Tariq and Dre?



Let the shit build IMO whats the rush to see Kanan eventually lose to Ghost? I want Kanan to win in the end but its TV and I know shit not going to go that way but still.

Milan is the target as Ghost's main villain right now so the focus is on him. Kanan even said himself he going to fall back. Don't know why folks expecting more from him at the moment.

That's what I'm saying though: good storytelling would be showing him amassing Power. Like everyone else is saying, him lying in the cut is not intimidating past a point. OK, showing up and threatening the baby is cool. Staying solo out here like some kind of supernatural boogeyman is bogus. They don't even have to do long-ass montages or Game of Thrones shit like with Danaerys where they show you painstaking detail and every step along the way. He could have dudes in the background of the scenes and do little camera flashes to show they're with him. To just have him sitting there eating a hotdog and seasoned fries like he's King of the World dismissing a peon is ludicrous. Reminds me of Godfather where Don Corleone realized Don Fanucci worked solo and offed his ass at his apartment door. Kanan is Fanucci at this point without indicators that he's amassing soldiers to his cause.

I agree it would be a part of a good storyline what I'm saying is its not the time for them to show Kanan doing all of that. You can't cram all that shit into every episode. Why give up that part of the story now when its still so much shit not known about Milan who is the biggest threat at the moment? Then you still got the shit with the Feds and Greg going on. Don't really need add those details about Kanan RIGHT now.

You need a new star, you create one. They don't even take a break from the day to day fuck shit with the main people, they've ran the stories into the ground

It might as well be called "The adventures of Ghost." All of the supporting cast revolve around him. There's not a portion of the show that doesn't involve him directly or indirectly. The Wire isn't a good comparison. Avon Barksdale wasn't the face of that show. Killing off Ghost would be like killing off Tony Soprano in the 3rd season.

stringer created too many enemies with his short sighted way out.

his move into the "legit" world was him being like the new corner boy. you have to work your way up and he wanted to come in at the top. so he got played. he didnt respect his position in either game.
