I was thinking about this yesterday at work. I think that bullet is build around Breeze because they never explained why he got killed or who was the man on the trigger piece

Didnt Ghost and Tommy kill Breeze? Or at least Ghost. I know Kanan alluded to it. Once Ghost and Tasha got Kanan locked up, he took out Breeze (Kanan right hand).

Ghost and Tommy killed Breeze cause he was the #2 man behind Kanan. So basically Breeze was in the way of Ghost and Tommy becoming what we see them as now.

They never said which one of them killed Breeze but we know they did it.
