Iron Man is just a genius in a suit. Ant Man is just a thief in a suit (although he can control ants without the suit, right?)
Cap obviously has the super soldier serum. Does Winter Soldier have a hydra version of the serum? or just his metal arm and decades of hydra training?
Black Panther could be the wild card. I don't know enough about him to make a prediction. Does he have powers or does his suit just give him them as well?

i THINK Bucky has some sort of serum. He seems stronger than normal humans, his strong punches might be thrown with his arm though. If not, his arm must be made out of vibranium because he was able to catch caps shield with no issue.
BP IS the wildcard. He may not have powers, but his suit and claws are made out of vibranium so he is pretty much indestructible with his suit. In the comics he does get blessed with powers by the panther god, but i doubt he will have those powers in this movie. Maybe he will get powers in his solo movie. besides that hes just a dude in peak physical condition who is trained for combat like a motherfucker and can possibly pack a bigger punch due to his vibranium suit.
