On second listen, I'd say it's good.

The lyrics are exactly what Kanye has done his entire career...same quality shit. They've never been great.

The production is dope. Waves is my favorite joint on the project not named Wolves. I see why Chance The Rapper fought for that. That shit is incredible. Ultralight Beam is pretty heavy. Cudi killed FSMH pt. 1. I don't like that Panda song but it sounds dope over that beat. 30 hours is cool. Low lights/Highlights...fuckin dope. I like how the features are kinda subtle (the young thug & post Malone features are just kinda in there but don't scream at you).

It's a way better effort than Yeezus. Definitely not Kanye's best album.

Real Friends is easily my favorite. ULB, 30 hours, and Waves are amazing. Simply amazing

Even that fake Future shit goes. Not sure sure if the real Future could have made these tracks better. Lol that's crazy as shit to me.

This shit is dope. Production is some of his best, definitely can tell he mixed elements of each of his albums in this one. So there is something there for everyone.

Freestyle 4 is the one tho..... that shit was pointless.

But everything else was solid. ULB is raw. I love the Cudi feature, shit further proves he needs Ye. Waves was dope, Highlights was cool. I like how he kept the "Swish" sound at the end of NMPILA lol. I wish he kept the original Wolves & the new version of Facts makes the song tolerable..... but overall this album is good. I am rather pleased....
