[Lab Baby]

This album grew on me, but not like Yeezus and 808s. I actually like those albums (my 3rd and 4th Ye albums, respectively... fight me). You can smell the pretentiousness and desperation on TLOP. Shit is like the Axe cologne of music. I didn't even hear the updates yet, that's how little I give a fuck about album. But I don't hate it as much as I did when it first came out. Sonically there's things to appreciate, prolly his best sample work since Graduation (again, fight me).

You know how he has never won a Grammy vs Eminem? I think the same will happen with Drake, Drake is a safe and popular pick and he makes the kind of Hip Pop the Grammys like to award. Thats part of the reason Ye said Drake was the first artist to scare him. No diss to TLOP though its politics.
