That's what they said but that was before Ryan Reynolds got the Deadpool movie revived. I think he's a bigger box office draw than Tanning Chatham.

No one is really clamoring for a Gambit movie, at least not as much as Deadpool.

It's Tatum though. He'll become the new face of X-Men just because of who he is, but if they have both Tatum and Reynolds it'll be interesting to see what they do. If the Deadpool movie is financially successful then perhaps there will be separate X-Men and X-Force movies.

I think Deadpool is going to be in a universe of his own. Wolverine is leaving soon so tatum will be the new xmen lead. Now they just got 2 box office success'.

I wish they would do a proper xmen and make a bad ass cyclops as the lead.
