If this does great critically and financially, MAYBE Fox will incorporate Rated R into the rest of the X Men films.

They really do. I think the demand for adult comicbook/superhero films is definitely there. Deadpool was their first r rated film and the most well received out of all the movies they've done so far. Logan is the second and has nothing but good reviews. We know x force will be rated r, but I wonder what other characters they would be willing to make an r rated film with.

Every studio doesn't do Rated R the same.
Hell, from the looks of it, Deadpool and Logan couldn't be more different movies despite sharing the same studio and property.

20th Century Fox Stills Plans On A Great Fantastic Four Movie
When the most recent Fantastic Four movie hit theaters, to say it was a disappointment is an understatement. The film was the rare case of critics and fans completely agreeing on it being a disaster. Popular review aggregator RottenTomatoes has the film at an abysmal 9% from critis, and 18% from fans. Even 20th Century Fox executives admit it didn't turn out how they wanted.
"Hutch [Parker] and I were together on Fantastic Four, the most recent one. We love that cast. Obviously, the movie wasn't what we wanted it to be and it wasn't received the way we wanted it to be," executive producer (and co-writer) Simon Kinberg told ComicBook.com while promoting the upcoming release of Logan, the highly-anticipated (4.26 out of 5 stars, 4th on the ComicBook.com anticipation rankings) next Marvel offering from Fox.
The writer and producer, who has been working on all of Fox's Marvel movie properties in some capacity for the last few years (as well as working with Lucasfilm on the Star Wars franchise on both big and small screen, and many other genre products), says that Fox still plans on taking another shot at Fantastic Four, and they've fully realized the crux of where they went wrong: straying to far from the way the first family of Marvel Comics is presented on the page.
"Yes, we would love to make another Fantastic Four movie," Kinberg said. "We feel like there's a great Fantastic Four movie to be made and I think it would hue closer to the tone of the original, the source material, the comics, but we want to make that movie."
Fans would certainly love a more faithful, and optimistic, take on Fantastic Four, that makes it feel more like a "fantastic" adventure with a family of four. While Fox's first two takes on making it a film franchise at least had the brightly colored blue costumes, they too strayed, primarily in how they handled the villains (sorry for the Galactus flashbacks, everyone).
Originally, Fox had planned a sequel using the same cast for this year, 2017, but that movie was canceled and taken off the board. Presumably a new movie would need a new cast once more, as their recent Human Torch, Michael B. Jordan, has moved on to play the villain Eric Killmonger in Black Panther, filming now.
Spider-Man is on its third reboot in the last decade and a half, so maybe third time will be the charm for both of these celebrated Marvel franchises.

These fan boys won't be happy if Jesus Christ produced a Fantastic Four film on a golden fuckin cloud if it's not connected to the MCU.
