If the writers are smart they will just come up with some explanation that when two beings are similar enough, and are on the same timeline, they will automatically merge.

Remember, they in the same timeline but at a different time. In fact, where he's at now, the shyt that went down in his timeline doesn't exist.

1. He has no knowledge of them

2. He doesn't know the beerus and whis of that timeline to even get to each universe and thus he has nobody to say the passphrase
