Shonen jump releases episode summaries every now and then for upcoming eps. It was in one of them.

Freeza gonna be one of the last members for U7. One, it makes the most sense story wise since he's the only one who would wish for some fuck shit. Having him make it to the end is necessary for added tension. Freeza wins, earth is toast.

Two, they've made a big deal of him staying out of things and letting Goku do the dirty work for him. No reason to do that unless he's gonna sneak into the last minute.

Counterpoint: Nothing in Super is done according to what makes the most sense for the story, so Freeza could be eliminated tomorrow for all we know
