They need to make a saiyan villain who's gone through all the transformations and have him face the rest of the saiyans on Earth. But don't make him fuckin stupid and arrogant, make him smart and cunning. A mix of Dr.Gero, Cell, and Piccolo mixed into one. Use the whole angle with Cabba and the new planet Vegeta and have him as the outcast, the original Legendary Super Saiyan.
