Another problem I'ma have with the new series is the fluidity of animation (or rather, the bright ass digital painting as opposed to cel animation of yesteryear). Shit is gonna look mad awkward. Also, Toei is extremely well known for skimping on their animation budget, but here's hoping the shit turns out alright.

He as a child was stronger than Goku and Vegeta as a child

Stronger than both as a ssj and first to go ssj2 so at his rate he will always be stronger than them if he trains at the same rate
