Yeah they did a good job of having Vegeta wreck shop on Namek. He lost a bunch of times too but he always came back fierce....until Frieza then all of a sudden he trying to run away, crying and shit. That was totally against his character up until that point.

Naw it wasn't against his character vegeta is a arrogant cat who thinks his stronger than his opponent so when he finds out his weaker he goes into shock his pride gets broken and he pussies up

That only happened in that non canon Broly movie

It happened against Frieza when he realized Frieza was just toying with him, Vegeta froze up and stopped fighting

Vegeta knew Frieza was stronger, threw everything he had at him and took his beating, Frieza even states he put up a good fight, how does that equal "pride broken and pussies up"?

His pride was broken and lost his will to fight

Right lol, i always wondered why better niggas didn't make a move like destructo disk. Seemed OP

But eventually we got villains who would be unaffected by it by the time perfect cell came around IIRC.

That's basically what they did in Goku vs Vegeta 1, everybody jumped in and attacked Vegeta at one point or another... Vegeta went off that fight, he took a Spirit Bomb head on and after took out Oozaru Gohan by himself...

You can't judge Vegeta based on his reaction to Freiza. It's not as simple as saying he was bitched up by a superior force. He had basically invested his whole life into eventually getting stronger than Freiza and making him pay for what Freiza did to the Saiyans. He thought he had reached that goal and was just smacked in the face with the reality that he was far away from that goal.

Cell outclassed him probably more than Freiza did, but he still went down fighting with Cell. That's because Cell didn't have the grip on his psyche that Freiza did.

Actually he thought he was stronger why u think he was tlkin shit to freeza abt being a super sayian. He knew nothing abt his transformations. Also he though he was stronger than the andriods to and got his feelings hurt when he lost lol

Your statement still doesn't make sense bc every villain Vegeta fought was stronger than him at the point in time he fought them (besides Cell 17 absorbed) the only time he didn't go down swinging and gave up was against Frieza, but again that was AFTER he sized him up...
