They're just not afraid of green bay, never have been really. They almost beat'em the first time in Lambeau and they finished the drill this time around.

I know GB is at home, but that Lambeau homefield advantage ain't been shit since...

Either Minnesota will pull out another close one or Green Bay will murder them. If it's close, Vikings got it. GB gotta take AP out of the game and put it on Ponder's shoulders. It's a wrap then.

Welp since the whole league is trying to steal our coordinators. Here's my picks for replacements...

If Nolan leaves...

Joe Danna (our current DB coach.)

Nolan protege, plus he has a history with the organization. Nolan would probably take him with him and make him his Defensive coordinator. If he does, we should go after a bigger name vet coach like..

Disregard his espn, antics. He's a brilliant defensive mind, used to play for the Falcons for a minute, and he drafted Jon Abraham. He also believes in what Nolan believes in = "Let your playmakers make plays." Unlike BVG.

Lovie smith would be my third choice, but I DO NOT like that Tampa 2 shit. Herm likes the Tampa 2 as well, but he's also ran a 3-4 in the past.

If Kutty leaves...

Glenn Thomas

Been a QB/offensive assistant on the team since 2008 even after the change in coordinators. He's earned the right to get a shot since he's been with Matty longer than anyone. As you can see, I ain't trying to get a brand new face an philosophy in here. But if we do, I want...

Smitty's brother-in-law, plus i'd like to see us use Julio more on "jump ball" routes like what he did with Moss and the Vikings in the 90s. Plus he had the run game in Minnesota and Baltimore looking good. Lawd knows we need that.

I would say Norv Turner too, but I just don't like his face. lol. He just got a loser ass disposition about him. Same with Wade Phillips.

I hate how every time a team has a good year, the asst coaches get pilfered. That's why the NFL have so much parity... The turnover rate even on good/Super Bowl teams is sky fuckin high

FLOWERY BRANCH — Cornerback Dunta Robinson is in the league’s concussion protocol after taking a blow to the head Sunday against Tampa, but he was encouraged Wednesday by his progress and thinks he’ll be back by the Jan. 13 playoff game. “Nothing too serious,” Robinson said. “I’ve had a lot worse before, in 2010 (against the Eagles), when they had to help me walk off the field. So I’m pretty good. I should be back by next week, ready to practice and ready to roll. I won’t be out long at all.” Robinson was injured in the first quarter on Sunday after lowering his head to tackle Bucs running back Doug Martin, but he was able to walk off the field on his own. Falcons coach Mike Smith did not want to talk specifically about any injuries but had said Monday he thinks both Robinson and defensive end John Abraham (ankle sprain) would be available on Jan. 13. The Falcons are also hoping safety William Moore can return after missing four games with a hamstring injury but he has not yet returned to practice.

I'm hearing Brent Grimes just might be back next year after all.

Turner is definitely gone.

Scott Pioli might become Thomas Dimitroff's assistant (ether).

Mclain, Dunta, Grimes, or Asante?? I think it comes down to Dunta or Grimes unless somebody throws a Foxworth type deal at Mac.

Or maybe TD got something else..........

lol. That's MAAAAAD disrespectful tho. You on a team that just choked out of playoff contention and you taking pics with a Falcons hat on? If I was a jets fan I would be heated.

But no way I would co-sign that deal unless he took Asante type money.

I think we lucked out and got Asante's last good year.

I say we let Dunta go or restructure his deal. McLain will still be cheap.

Even though we have a talented secondary, it really ain't that expensive. Dunta has the biggest contract, and he's in the same boat as Turner contractually. Both of their contracts are about to hit the max year and neither of them will see a dime of that money.

So I'd be 100% cool with dropping Dunta, and using that money to pay WillyMo and Grimes. (Remember, Grimes is already getting 10 million this year for nothing.) So the money's there.

Lol he ain't even the first nigga that got caught with the Falcons fitted

This was after the Falcons said no and the Panthers gave him a huge contract

Too true.

Honestly, they both been taking L's ever since that thread. lmao

Unlike last year, it's all about us in this one. I feel like as far as coaching and talent, the Giants had the better team last year. You could argue that in the Green Bay game too. But not this one.

Take care of the football and open up the playbook offensively and we're good. I expect to see alot of screens and draws early that will open up the deep stuff later.

Gotta get everybody on offense involved. They have a down-hill defense so if you let them key up on something, they will.
