Floyd fought cottos fight and did it well that 8th round was a defensive clinic.. alot of ppl will see this like they did the OSCAR fight closer than it actually was.. although I gave cotto 2 round but wouldnt argue with 3..rewatch that fight and watch the defensive mastery on the inside

He fought a good fight no doubt,he didnt do enough tho at no point during the fight did he hurt mayweather because of the great defensive skills of floyd.Cotto took what he could but it wasnt enough...and in the 12 cotto was about to catch that mat had mayweather kept applying the pressure.

I just looked at the comments throughout the fight, there are some serious Floyd dickriders on this website lol, yall need some help, Cotto won 4 clearly and 2 of them could of went either way but at the end of the day Floyd was the better fighter, i'm just happy this was a great fight and Cotto who 5-6 years ago I was saying will be the one to beat Floyd put up an even better fight than I thought he was capable of at this point.

Floyd needs to stay away from 154. His two fights there have been a little sluggish. He just doesn't belong in that division. Pernell Whitaker was the same way, looked sluggish vs an over matched opponent.
