Arum with his BS about being disrespectful to fight on Cinco De Mayo and he wouldn't have Manny fight on that date, and Oscar saying that Canelo is fighting on May 2, no matter what.

It was only after discussions got "serious" between Mayweather and Pacquiao that Oscar started saying "we'll move off the date if Floyd vs Pac gets made."

Bruh I'm telling y'all, had Floyd and Manny not met in person and exchanged numbers and got shit moving, I highly doubt we'd be talking about this shit right now.

ya act like oscar saying some outlandish shit, that nigga floyd was feeling pressure from showtime losing money with him his last two fights and the fans, shit even goldenboys challenge for his date might have gave him more reason to make the super fight ya niggas quit dick ridin love floyd so much they hate whoever he hate

Bhop on Mayweather vs Pacquiao: "Not only will I break the fight down for you, I will give you a prediction. Now, I could be wrong, but then again, I could be right. The first 5 or 6 rounds, it's going to be a back and fourth fight because of Pacquiao's aggression. But Pacquiao is not the best defensive fighter. Mayweather is going to sharp shoot, and not only is Mayweather going to fight back when he needs to, but after that 6th round, it's done. Hey, listen, there will be people that's so upset because they charging people money, they are going to be so upset because in the second half, it somehow turned into such easy work that they are going to feel like there was some type of corruption or foul play or pollution in the air. They are gonna make up all kinds of excuses (laughing). I believe the second half of these 12 rounds gonna be target practice for Floyd. And it's going to be a situation where, is he putting a show on just so people can get their monies worth or is it just that easy. That's my bold statement and I stick by it, now let's wait 8 to 9 weeks and see what happens. The fans have spoken and they delivered. It's better late than never. Enjoy the super fight, our Super Bowl of fights this year, and this is the beginning, I hope, of big fights to come, whether it's Golden Boy or any other promotional outlet. At the end of the day, if everybody step their game up, you don't have to complain; just do! Thank you and continue to support boxing!"

yup

ESPN Hilarious Top 10 P4P Boxers rating

#1 - Mayweather

#2 - Pacquiao

#3 - Marquez

#4 - Rigo

#5 - GGG

#6 - Bradley

#7 - Roman Gonzalez

#8 - Klitsckho

#9 - Froch

#10 - Kovalev

There is no way Marquez, Manny and others should be rated higher than Kiltsckho. He should be Top 3

I always thought the top 10 p4p lists should go according to weight divisions, not just a mix of weight classes

bruh do you know what p4p/pound for pound means?

i agree may was pressured

not because he was running scared and had nowhere to go - it was because IF he didnt make a move (even though he's been doing most the work since 2009) the fight was not happening

all those convos rob arum been having since last summer with hbo/showtime heads clearly went nowhere - we know this because no details came out

may steps to pac in miami? details about promo of the fight in 24hrs and fight done in a month

other than babbling via media - what other legit pressure has arum and company applied to make this fight happen?

don-t-worry-i-ll-wait-o.gif

I just think the time was right. They are both about to get max contracts.

Floyds will like a baseball max contract. Manny's will be like an nba max contract.

I remember. Niggas was saying they was in collusion to force Floyd off the date of May 2nd. I don't recall niggas saying Oscar and Arum was forcing Floyd to fight Manny.

It was collusion to get Floyd off that date and throw a wrench in the fight. .. both talkin that disrespect to Mexican fuckshit. Floyd talkin to Manny one on one was the key cuz it flipped public perception that Floyd was holding up the fight
