You have to get credit for that amount of reference in a song. Everything else Jay has used was a one liner like

it doesnt take away from his legacy in my mind he has classic albums that cant be refuted. But on the flipside of things if your a fan of hip hop i dont see how you can let this massive ammount of biting pass just cuz other rappers do it.
