IF anything the government killed Pac, because he started to talk about having his own Political Party... plus Pac was followed his whole life bye the Government(as you all already know) so when he started talking about that shit they had to do something to shut him up. Pac was looked up to bye millions if anybody was a potential threat to the system it had to be Pac Big was only killed to make it look like a retaliation for the murder of Pac that is if this is true that is.
