Im a Joe Budden fan because he is actually SKILLED he can rap simple as that.... He doesnt just SAY real shit all willy nilly he puts it in a way that Clever and slick and he can do the Punchline shit and still keep it real at the same time..... We are not talking about who represented the Struggle better we are talking about who was the better Rapper... and Biggie holds that crown....

And i'm an Actual rapper and its easier to just repeat what u seen but when ur in ur mental making up characters and scene's from SCRATCH that's harder work and it takes more SKILL.... And im talking about SKILL.... Thats it.....

You litterally felt like you were in a car with Biggie during robbery. Or a song like "Somebody's Got To Die" where he breaks down an entire revernge plot with a shock ending. Biggie was way more creative storytelling wise than Pac was.
