Jesus christ, that was more like a short biography than an interview. But I wonder if he will still get attacked by the gay community for using the word "fags" eventhough he was talking about kissing a man? John Mayer probably has too big of a gay following for them to turn on him too easily though. Even after reading the interview in its entirity, I still feel the same about his racist comments. I don't think anyone took that out of context. I got the impression that he thinks just because he's cool with a few black people, that all black people will be acceptting of anything he has to say. You noticed before he made those comments, he stated that "black people love him".
