Anyone have a full transcript of what was said with out the order being butchered? Because from what I have read dude has a fucked up view that is inherent down to his core. He expressed a disdain for Black Folks on a primal level and then realised his slip and tried to cover it with more slick yet ignorant back talk. naming the black Beauties he did was damage control and further proof of what is wrong with the current world culture in regards to HipHop and the urban community. What is more disgusting is all the alledgely African American kats cosigning and dismissing the shit like they are affraid to acknowledge what it really is...

I am really disappointed in some of my brother in this thread missing what was really said from the KKK Comments in regards to Black Women to the N1GG3R Pass instead of a Hood Pass. His shit about a hood pass should be called a n*gg*r pass? What the fuck is that about? He's delusional if he thinks he ever had a hood pass to start with. I can really see John Mayer blending right in New Orleans 9th Ward or the Cabrini Green projects in Chicago. If John Mayer came through my hood, everybody would scatter yellin "one-time" and "5-0". But about his comments about not wanting to date black women, to me, this is a good thing. As a white man who does date women of all races, especially black women, that's just more available women for me. Let him have his white female actresses. You know, maybe I was wrong. Maybe he was naive enough to think people would be cool with him sayin that shit. Maybe he does think that since he's done songs with Kanye and Common, he can get away with sayin things that most white people wouldn't say. If that's his reasoning, I think some people would argue whether or not Common and Kanye have "hood passes" themselves. Whatever his reasoning, surely he didn't think no one would read that interview. Also, not the best crossover tactic ever used, John. I don't forsee his already vast, black female audience growing extremely large anytime soon. I can however, forsee this interview being blamed on drugs or alcohol or some kind of addiction for which he'll attend rehab, make a donation to the NAACP or the United Negro College Fund, go on Oprah, cry, hug Oprah, and everything's back to normal.
