I was always taught that when someone makes sure they throw that er at the end instead of just of N1gga that is a sign of how that white person really feels, plus him talking about david duke as representative for how his dick feels about black women shows he has a racial bias in his whole mental state because normal people with out those biases do not talk that wayCapo1;201902 said:as they should...what mayer said was dumb, but racist? LOL
He is not going to respond to this as it makes sense and would show him as what he is white racist on a hiphop forum...AntonLATroy;201922 said:I was always taught that when someone makes sure they throw that er at the end instead of just of N1gga that is a sign of how that white person really feels, plus him talking about david duke as representative for how his dick feels about black women shows he has a racial bias in his whole mental state because normal people with out those biases do not talk that way

rapmastermind;208073 said:I'm black and I've listen to John Mayer cause I'm a fan of the gutair and he plays one hell of a gutair but that sh!t he said was racist. I find it funny White America acting like KanYe killed or rapped Taylor Swift but they are all giving John a pass. It just goes to show you the double standards continue. To Me John is no different than a lot of White people. He was raised around nothing but Whites who were probably saying racist things around him as a child and he grew up with "Subconsious Racism" meaning he believe he's not racist but his upbringing still gives him racist tendencies. Many Whites in America still say "N!gger" behind close doors. Racism is far from over, this new ish is just one of the long list of Whites who've used black culture to their advangate only to let their racist ways come out. Eminem anyone? Justin Timberlake leaving Janet Jackson a Music Icon and a Black Legend out to dry while he went on TV and collected his grammies meanwhile White Society is blaming Janet's Titty for everything wrong with America while White Boy Justin get's a clean slate, his sales have gone up while Janet has gone down. John Mayer doesn't get a pass from me. The shit was racist and anyone coppin pleas are showing your true colors. White America doesn't get a pass from me, NEVER. John Mayer is a rich white boy raised in Mass and that upbringing showed in this interview. He said he didn't have a "N!gger Pass" and that he had a "David Duke Dick". Well John guess what, your so called "N!gger Pass" has just got a lifetime ban. SMH @ him preforming at Michael Jackson memorial service and saying this ish. John you really dissappointed me with this ish man.
I rarely agree with Rapmastermind but for the most part I do. Is he overgeneralizing a bit hell yeah is the rage and frustration about it legitimate Hell yeah. I am curious though Mattee Wether you recognise how this John Mayor thing and all he said is beyond Ignorant and truly Racist? If you can understand why so many of us do consider it to be racist then maybe you will have bridged a gap and start seeing the whole picture. Because you like most white people and house Tom Sellouts seem to be underplaying what he said or acting like it was in jest, which anyone who read that long boring ass interview knows better. He meant what he said and has strong feelings about it to say it in the manner he said it not getting that puts you on the same level as Kats like Capo who have no problem showing there disdain for Black folks just because they are black...mattee c;210814 said:I respect your opinion but I think that mentality is a big part of what's wrong with racial relations in this country. The assumption that "most" white people grow up in the suburbs surrounded by only whites is not true. Some yes, but not most. I can only speak for whites I know and have been around, but most whites do not say "n*gg*r" behind closed doors. And I'm from Birmingham, Alabama, a place some people consider the birthplace or epitomy of racism in this country. But don't get it twisted, I'm not sidin with or makin excuses for John Mayer. Like I said in my previous posts on this topic, I think the shit he said was ignorant. But he is not representative of all or even most white people. I think he's used to talkin that shit around other rich celebrity friends, who think everything's funny because they have no real worries or responsibilities. I doubt he understands whether or not he was tryin to be funny or sarcastic or whatever, some people don't give a fuck and take that shit seriously. And eventhough some of them might already have a chip on their shoulder and are just lookin for an excuse to complain, that doesn't excuse it. You don't know someone's reasons for being offended by comments like that. You could be offending people that have a completely legitimate reason for being angry.

Thank You for further validating my point. You have no dispute about your disdain for us I can almost respect that because I at least know what to expect from Kats like you...Capo1;211050 said:Damn, I guess I just stay on your mind like a little school girl who cant get over her first crush...how pathetic.
And why do you even care what john mayer said? You're not even black....nor white.
When we discuss al-qaida and middle-eastern oil dispute your opinion will be valid
I feel you on that and have seen by your posts you were a reasonable dude regardless of your ethnicity. I came at you the way I did to make sure I was not mistaken and you definitely reinstated my confidence in you. I know plenty of White folks Like you and others Like Mayor and Capo who see nothing wrong with this behaviour, just Like I know black Folks that are outraged by it and others that see nothing wrong in it. I do not believe in hating on a man for what they were born into, we should all be judged based on how we present and conduct ourselves sinces ones thoughts are not plain to see. That said everyone has the ability to grow or stay stagnant it is sad that more Kats are not like you choosing to constantly grow and see more aspects and just want to stay stuck in the mindstates that have caused so much strife for all of humanity. 1 Love and well said Brother(it si not a race thing with that word lol)...mattee c;211119 said:No I definately get it homie. I was more or less sayin that that will more than likely be his excuse for the interview, that he was kidding or being sarcastic and nobody got it. I think he was nonchalant about it but I definately think he was dead serious and truly feels that way. I'm not defending him at all. I think he should be held accountable and even boycotted. I never supportted his ass before, but that's just because I didn't like his music, but I still checked it out. But in the future, I won't even give his shit a listen. Like I said, he doesn't represent all white people, but at the same time, if white people sit back and don't say shit, that gives it the appearance that white people approve. I can't speak for the entire white race, but myself and the white people that I hang around, don't cosign shit like that. And it doesn't bother me that he was honest, it bothers me that he thinks that way in the first place. Even jokingly, I don't think you'd say some shit like that if that's not how you felt. I just hope he doesn't do like I said in an earlier post, make a donation to the NAACP or The United Negro College Fund, go on Oprah, cry, apologize, cry, hug Oprah, and all is forgiven and forgotten.
