Great album... with an unusual title...

Very dark... and introspective

But his best album is definitely Me Against the World...

According to one of the interviews I read about the making of it, the name of the album was supposed to be "Killumanti" released under the name "Makaveli The Don" but DeathRow fucked up the name and the title after Pac died.

this album is full of black warrior music. straight up. i smoke blunts, think and cry to this album. Man Pac loved us niggas and all he wanted was to unite and enlighten us with this masterpiece. Pac died for hip hop and this album is proof. nothing but unadulterated truth in every track from the beginning to the end. pac was teaching us the secrets of the devil. his plan to overthrow and poison the black youth to eliminate our future. the main 2 contrasting themes to this album you pick up in your subconscious is death and ressurection. and not resurrection from a divine spirit whomever your god may be. im speaking of ressurection of your inner self starting with your mind body and soul. something powerful and deep that you draw from your mind and elements of the earth from which the black man is created from. 7 Day Theory is on some powerful shit. If you a 90s crackbaby you would never understand the depth that this album holds and how it stirs your emotion. Pac is calling all able minded/body black soldiers for the final battle against the ILLUMINATI ALL THOSE NIGGAS PAC NAMED ON THE ALBUM HAVE SOLD THEIR SOULS. Makaveli has been a CLASSIC since 1996. fuck what the IC is talking about. back when the internet was nothing Makaveli 7 Day Theory used to be the biggest conversations on AOL and earthlink lol. 21 SHOTS KILLUMINATI

im a BAD BOY killer

JAY Z die too

looking out for MOBB DEEP

nigga when I find you!

This little nigga named NAS think he live like me

KILLUMINATI!!!!

Very Raw And Overlooked Album..It Showed Us Only A Glimpse Of The Great Transformation Pac Was Going Thru..Don KILL-ILLUMINATI..Kill The Illuminati..Niggas Still Cannot Fathom How Deep This Man Was..In My Opinion, Its Realer Than Reasonable Doubt,Ready To Die, And Many Other LandMark Albums Of That Last Great Era In Hip Hop...The Title Clearly Was A Challenge Against Relegion..Thats Why They Had To Murder Him

word my nigga! Tracks like Hail Mary,Blasphemy,Krazy, whitemanz world are deeper than anythn Jay and Big hav ever crafted

this album had some of the most craziest beats..shit gives you chills! Laced with awesome lyrics..

this was one of the albums that made me respect rappers.. or even listen to them. I analyzed blasphemy so many times.. I was young and this album gave me insight into life in general.. I couldn't relate to rappers but I can't help but empathize with his lyrics. That's what made PAC special.

"should we cry when the pope died?

my request, we should cry if they

cried when we buried malcom X" - dammmn

"Niggaz in Jerusalem, waitin for signs

God promised, she's just takin her time, haha"

"The preacher want me buried why? Cause I know he a liar

Have you ever seen a crackhead, that's eternal fire"

lol my friend just found out me and my girlfriend was a metaphor for pac's gun.. he 20 years old been listening to pac that long and still didn't recognize that song. I had to explain it to him.

This album is considered a classic by the IC. It's the AEOM that isn't. Niggas can't get past that "what's your phone #" track to give it a classic rating.

That song is 100% for the women....

Yes its a classic, but "me against the world" is my fav pac album. then Strickly 4 my.... then 2pacalypse now.

I can listen to those albums from front to back, without skipping anything.

On 7 day theory i sometimes might NEXT....

toss it up

live and die in l.a

just like daddy

hold ya head

Im sorry, this my opinion, and ive never really liked those songs.

im in my 30s so i may feel differenly than people who were little kids when this album came out.

why is the makaveli album not considered a classic on the ic?

we always hear about reasonable doubt and stillmatic first, then comes lets say the black album,blueprint,36 chambers, aquemini, ready to die,the chronic and so on but the 7 day theory gets over looked, why is that?

was it cause he was already dead when it came out?

j-cole's favorite album of all time......his opinion doesnt make it classic but i respect his opinion as a rapper himself more than an average listener

even biggie was constantly playing this album

not only was it a classic but the album was completely finished in a total of seven days during the month of August 1996. The lyrics were written and recorded in only three days and mixing took an additional four days.

what rapper makes a classic in 3 days?

pac is the goat

now you know why jay never mentions j. cole or features for him.j.cole keeps it real
