Not all but a lot of old school rappers is out of touch with the 'art of rapping'. IMO the exceptions are KRS, MC Shan, Rakim, Grandmaster Caz, Melly Mell, and etc.
Justin Beiber has the potential to be decent at rapping and the potential to be a top 10 celebs that can rap.
Radio sucks.
Will Smith last album might have been his best since Big Willie style.
Good or Great West coast and Southern rappers really don't get the respect they deserve.

2 pac is the most overrated artist since elvis!! He was more bad to hip hop than good and I know it's wrong to say but fuck it I'm glad he gone.
Nas is lyrically stronger than most of the B.S. getting mainstream exposure and Pac even though he made good music is more or less an actor who happened to rap (First of all, he starts out dancing around with Digital Underground and kaboom, next week he is a "Thug Life" livin' fool...)
