It's a known fact BIG wrote that before Pac even got shot.It was on the B side to one of his singles.I think Big poppa.

Mary J's My life album dropped the same month pac got shot. It was Nov. 1994

She had been recording for a yr starting 1993 and BIG made Who Shot ya for her but it was too hard so Kieth Murray rapped to that same beat and it was called Kieth Murray interlude

So there's no way BIG was talking about Pac because he would have had to make that song before Pac got shot

Mary's album was probably done 2 months before it's release so BIg had to write it anytime between late 1993 and Maybe sept. or Oct. of 1994 before Pac was shot

That's why Who shot ya just ends suddenly because it was never a solo song
