Well that's because Panama used to be run by Colombia. We literally celebrate both the day the country declared independence from Spain (Nov 10th for the first cry and the 28th for full independence) and also from Colombia ( Nov 3rd). That's why black people are the most moral people on planet earth, we believe in justice regardless of race, gender, or creed. And unfortunately we are the only people that think like this.
