I think the damage scaling is the problem, its the same system that was in SF4 but it doesnt work here because combos are so much longer/more hits than SF4

Yea Akumas better/top tier but I dont think Ryu has that bad of a matchup against him

The thing about Ryu is he doesnt have any gimmicks its all straight forward, SF4 has evolved into a game about vortexes thats why Cammy Akuma and Seth blow ppl up
