I think the issue is Moreso where these departments that conduct research get their money. A lot of them have ulterior motives due to funding. So they're not going to contradict what their funders want. It's like a built in confirmation bias.

Obviously I'm not saying this is how this particular study is going but in general.

For example, men who belong to specific European countries have larger penises than men who belong to specific African countries, and vice versa. There is no continuum in size based on race.
