exactly! we can be our biggest and most often worst critics of our own without realizing the damage it causes. Some realize it and still dont give a shit because the self hate is that deep. All that energy can be directed into learning about where you came from, the foundation that you rose from and teach that to your kids, nieces, nephews, family and the people you run with, so when you see bullshit articles like this, you already know its not credible. A study is made up of what the author wants it to be made up of. Like that saying goes "people tend to see what they look for and hear what they listen for." i get tired of that putting us all into one category too. I invest my money and time into what I know will yield returns and stay paying attention to what the economy is doing. Shit like this diverts attention away from what is really going on and just subtracts minutes off your clock.
