Staying Home With Your Parents While You Work & Own A Rental House

Ok. I moved out when I was 18 from my parents and got my own rental unit which I have rented out ever since and lived in as well(in the living room, because I rented out the entire 3 rooms in the house) up until age of 27. Now at almost 28, I sold that unit and got another unit at a better neighborhood, and plan to do the same for next 10 years while working, in order to raise my net worth even more.

Here's the catch though. THIS time, I do plan on renting out the entire house as well while I work full time with my business.... BUT, I'm planning on staying with my parents so that I can do this without eating into my monthly spending. so I can save majority of everything I make, while rent pays the mortgage.

Stereotype these days that comes with this stigma is a grown ass man who can't get a job and no prospects living in their parents basement playing video games and wasting their lives away... getting to the point now... is this um, embarrassing? My girl don't seem to mind. :# I'm gonna be loaded when I'm 38 though. Should I give a fuck what people may think?

Overall, Sacrifice is part of advancement. If you have a concrete plan for the money saved then do you. But lets be real here. How much are you really saving? 10k/yr? 20k/yr? How much does it cost to rent an apartment? To me that isn't worth living at home with my peoples.. But if you like it I love it.

I have a four-plex I stayed in for a year. It's not in an area id usually live in... But the 3 tenants paid my portion + the mortgage while I stacked the corporate $
