In my humble opinion, I kinda think them Chi niggaz was petty discrediting the movie simply because it ain't fit the gangsta image the city potrays. They wanted Straight Outta Compton, and when they figured out it wasn't a gangsta movie they started hating. I actually saw the movie and liked it. Wasn't Spike's best production, but it was a movie with layers of messages that makes you think. Niggaz don't wanna think anymore. They wanna get right to the killing smh.
