Our Somali ancestors NEVER considered themselves to be part of the same race as the Bantus/West Africans. Neither did our grandparents. And neither did foreigners who encountered us, such as the Arabs, Indians, or Turks.

Only these self-hating Afrocentric Somalis in North America consider themselves to be "Black"....and they've become the laughing stock of our community.

Can someone list the similarities between this so called black identity and the Somali identity.

Economics: non-existent vs money remittance

Ethnicity: anyone with a drop of negroid blood vs Somali
