there are 2 views to this case that I'm talking about. 1 is as a legal representative in the case and the 2nd is as an observer. We are all observers, therefore we cannot simply go "oh well there was no evidence so....."
If you're an observer you have to demand factual evidence from the prosecution. But at the same time, you can't just read the verdict and say "see the prosecution had nothing." That's crazy to me. We have a right to be biased, the prosecution/defense does not. Miss me with that "take the emotion out of it" shit lol.
