A baby is dead. Somebody killed the baby. If not Casey Anthony then who? You're not Casey Anthony's attorney so you don't have the luxury of singling out one person, your client, and saying they did not kill so and so. As an observer of the case, you HAVE to pick a person.

If you can't pinpoint the murder on someone in that courtroom then you are admitting that the killer is still out there.

But you can't have it both ways. You can't say Casey Anthony didn't kill her child AND I don't think anybody in the courtroom is guilty.
