If I need to get to the next isle to find a parking spot I drive the length of the row to get to the next isle. Those lines are there for a reason you can cross a solid white line carefully but never a solid yellow line) common damn sense ya know.

That is mine too and I don't like it either. An addition to that would be people driving down the wrong isle without following the arrow. If I constructed parking lots for a living, I would have concrete blocks in every parking slot forcing you to drive the right way.
