If Obama was doing more exploitation to shamelessly and fallaciously push his gun control agenda, then yes, people should be angry. I'd be mad too even if it was anyone else.

If Obama was just being honest about a "national" issue, then who cares?

Of course, there are (white) people who personally (even though they don't know him) hate him. It's not always racist though. But it's still ignorant most of the time. But this is nothing surprising. Lots of stupid people in this country. If you have a problem with what he said, the very least you can do is prove him wrong instead of foaming at the mouth with blind rage.
