BUT....

I find it sad that no one even refuses to hold the girl to some sort of behavioral standard. Yes, she got dragged the fuck out, and that was heinous. However, He didn't come fuck with her for absolutely no reason as all. Apparently, she was disrupting the class so much, he had to get involved.

Maybe I take this with a lil' more insight cause I see this shit every day on some level as being a teacher. Kids talk back, disrespect the fuck out of adults, and no one holds them accountable to anything. Then, when shit pops off (tho, it shouldn't have with this guy), everyone hides behind the "they're just kids" defense.

I don't buy that. Especially in HS. They know better. They know what's expected off them, and what they can pass off as "being a kid."

Like I said, FIRE THAT DUDE, but let's not say this was a sweet innocent girl. Cut THAT shit out and stop being naive.

Well i'll take the bait....I truly believe that most ppl feel that the student should've listened & only a few mentioned that because most ppl feel that it doesnt need to be said. The reaction to the event is the real problem here. I personally stated, in this thread, how my immature behavior was handled professionally by authority & this was not.

They are criminalizing young black children over bullshit they going to have this on their record for disorderly conduct,resisting arrest etc.

This is American Culture. Remember Black children were slaves as well. Black children were lynched as well. This is OUR America. Problem is, Blacks are the only ones saying so. Everyone else either telling us it's our fault or it's all in our heads.
 
I have an idea how we can stop this. We need a few brave volunteers (martyrs) to join the police force and start beating the shit out of and killing white people. You can bet when that happens white people will be quick to start pushing for new laws, regulations, and punishments for cops that step out of line,

I grew up in that area though. At one time Spring Valley used to be the white middle class - upper middle class area. I guess more blacks have moved in over time and they aren't feeling that.

Nothing was escalated until the cop put his hands on her.

She didn't physically resist. She didn't pose a threat. She wasn't loud. She wasn't armed. She didn't fight.

She ignored.

You have a big man, who power lifts, who's supposed to be trained to handle things WITHOUT escalating the situation.

He could've dragged her desk out of the classroom.

He could've called her parents.

He could've been more authoritive by being loud.

He could've threatened to use pepper spray.

He decides to grab her and her whole desk, choke her, pull her backwards w her still in the desk, flipping it almost hitting the student behind them, then drag her out of the desk and throw her then put a all his weight on her..

on someone who sat quietly ignoring him

that's a crime?

Perhaps. I think us Black folks need to call on the wisdom of our ancestors. The issue is, Black people don't know who the enemy is any longer. We have Blacks copping pleas for the very people kicking our asses.

We need to call on the wisdom of Malcolm and begin approaching this from a Psychological and Cultural perspective.

Violence against BLACKS is 100% AMERICAN CULTURE!!!

Until those that have the POWER to change CULTURE say this outright and begin the slow painful march to holding Slavers, and oppressors fully accountable we are somewhat stuck.
