If, a parent is caught on tape forcibly removing THEIR child from their home in that manner child services would be called and the parents held accountable.

We also know that violence against Blacks by law enforcement and people in authoritative positions is the norm. It has always been whether it's cops, slave catchers, slave masters, or affluent whites. Violence is an acceptable method for dealing with Blacks. Whether we are compliant or not.

While I am appalled this is American culture. When two police officers can MURDER a 12 year old FOR PLAYING IN A SCHOOL YARD!! This is light work.

Former New York City cop Harry Houck told CNN Host Chris Cuomo Tuesday that the South Carolina cop who forcibly removed a female student from her chair was justified because the woman “had no respect.”

“There’s a police officer in that school for a reason,” Houck said, noting that the teacher called the police to come because the student refused to get out of her chair. “Because you failed to comply, you are under arrest, you are failing to comply now,” Houck said. “So the officer can use whatever force is necessary to affect an arrest.”

Houck told Cuomo that while the video “looks really bad,” the student “did not get hurt,” adding, “apparently the officer did it in a way where she could not get hurt.”

“Here’s the problem,” Houck continued, “this is a failure to comply again. Like in all these cases here, people don’t listen to the police when they’re giving them a command. You must comply.”

“If that girl got out of the car — got out of the seat when she was told, there’d be no problem. But apparently she had no respect for the school, no respect for her teacher, probably has no respect at home or on the street, and that’s why she acted the way she did,” Houck said.

Pressed by Cuomo about what he would do in the cop’s position, Houck said, “you pull her out of the chair. That’s exactly what you do.”

Am I saying the use of force was proportionate to the action? No. Even I agree that could have been handled a little better. However, at the same time, who am I to judge that cop in that situation at that time? He didn't flip the desk, she did. He had control of her person the whole time. There is another video from a different angle that shows a better depiction of the situation. There are many other control techniques he had available to him, but he used the least force possible.

The lengths that some people go to justify shit like this is ridiculous. This is completely indefensible. I could care less if she threatened to bitch slap his mother. She wasn't even moving. The fact that there are people, much less people in this thread, using her not moving as defense for this is ridiculous. Her not moving means he wasn't in fear for his safety. He's bigger than her, stronger than her and armed. And on top of that, he was standing over her sitting down which means he would've had the advantage had she tried something. He proved he clearly doesn't deserve the "respect" that she failed to show him. Smh @ Houck's definition of him "pulling" her out of her chair. He straight tossed her ass not once, but twice. Whatever level of fault she was at disappeared the moment he flipped her upside down.

This also speaks to the problems with many police officers who are nothing more than thugs with badges who look for an excuse to get physical every chance they get. Not happy enough with just doing their job, so they gotta be cowboys like they see on TV and use their undeserved authority to justify it.
