Haha no offence as Ive got a life... I think Ive been on here since the I.C first started, thats how Ive built my posts up, considering the amount of time Ive been on here my post count is pretty poor really, I posted on and off but during the last few years posted more, mostly in 'soccer' section in the 'Cheap Seats'...

But yeah we need more 'older' heads on here to bless the forum with some oldskool flavour, so like I said, if dudes like yourself and 5grand are in any classic hip hop groups on FB maybe you can bring some heads over here and we can get an oldskool thread going and get it stickied... The more hip hop history and older tunes we can spread the better!!! Plus it could get more traffic and dope posters on the site...

Fuck a sticky, If you're going to do it, do it right. Create an Old School forum where there's 10-15 threads going on at once.

Sounds dope, try and sort it out if you think it can work...

Nothing wrong with that though...

Hip-hop as a whole tends to forget it's history and old shit is not widely accepted as other genres...

Flip side to that though is hip-hop is also the most progressive in terms with coming up with new sounds or flipping the old to make sound new...

That's why I liked when 5 grand used to make threads about obscure 70's and 80's songs/artists/albums, but these dudes on here go in the threads and do cornball shit for lulz. It's important to learn about your history, especially about a culture you claim you love.

I think thats mainly because alot of the underground stuff gets put into the reason, I post underground schitt in the reason but rarely go to the underground section...

even in the reason those threads dont do well, thats why I stopped posting underground rappers
