What this guy is arguing is that some people don't claim harm, which is ALWAYS an option, but that doesn't change what words mean.

Similar situation with white women having a history of falsely accusing black men of rape.

Kind of a double standard how the woman can't be legally held responsible for her actions while drunk but a man can.
