the way you disregarded what i said made it seemed like you were convinced so i didnt feel like getting into a persuasive dance with you. Almost seems like you were waiting on a cue to drop a list of stats and throw the obama card, because that didnt demonstrate a change in black's position in america in the least bit. the nation has been advancing as a whole in what you listed. and we are still at the bottom rung in alot of those categories...as we were yesteryear.

In a segregated society, we must go beyond where we live to have anything adequate provided to us , in most cases.

Considerably substandard schooling, health, family structure, networking etc

We cant even afford to live in the cities we once dominated, or held dominate positions within (at least as far as population is concerned)
