It's a woman who only identified herself as "Josie" saying she got the account from what the cop's wife told her. She claims that this is what the officer is saying happened.

It's hilarious because the woman "Josie" basically strung together all of the vague and even contradictory pieces that have been released by the Police so far and the autopsy into an honestly far fetched narrative that justifies shooting him at least 6 times. Conveniently right after the autopsy was made public,adding the latest piece to the puzzle.
