regardless of the "josie" story this shit is over. if it ever makes it to trial is done because bystanders claimed mike brown got shot in the back and the autopsy proves that wrong as all shots came from the front. so the credibility of the witnesses with be ethered by that alone. not to mention the nigga did rob a store as well.

it was wrong of the cop to shoot him 6 times but mike brown is becoming quickly like kevin ward jr who was killed by tony stewart. yes there was some type of intent and overstepping of lines by the kllers. But the victim in both cases fucked up by doing something leading to the shooting.
it's already been said by the chief of police that the cop who stopped brown and his friend had no knowledge of the stealing of swishers..
And as unjust as the killing was you have to remember in a court of law a cop is judged differently when there was a clear crime committed and the victim was a suspect. The cop might get something for shooting too many bullets but a cop has the right to fire a gun at a suspect.
the only crime committed at the scene was murder.. the cop had NO right as his life wasn't in danger. Mike didn't fight the cop. Mike had no weapons. He was unarmed and giving up.
Had Mike never been a suspect for that robbery and had someone taken video or held off on giving an account of him being shot where untill the autopsy then you have a much better case.
again, the incident at the store had no influence in the confrontation..
