what about free speech guys?

People are free to say what they want.

Others are free to respond.

Their employers are free to fire them, for their free speech.

Not if its benign

If I say I'm a pats fan you can't fire me as my employer for that

Actually they can. Let's say you work for the Jets organization, they could fire you for a FB post celebrating a Pats win over the Jets...if they wanted to.

I didn't think of those kinds of instances

If I'm just a salesman at a store or an insurance broker or something irrelevant statements about personal preferences are not solid grounds for termination though

Yea but an employer doesn't need "solid grounds" to fire. Like dude said a min ago, do some research on 'at-will employment.'

At-will employment is a term used in U.S. labor law for contractual relationships in which an employee can be dismissed by an employer for any reason (that is, without having to establish "just cause" for termination), and without warning.

It refers to specific contracts

Normally they need just cause

The free speech concept was only meant to apply to governmental action. Your employer can fire you at any time for (almost) any reason.

No

Wrongful termination exists

Yes, based on discrimination but not on free speech.

There is a just cause requirement in many places

Nope. 99% of the jobs out there at at will. Contract workers are actually the exception. The "contract" term in your post is general term because all employees technically are under contract whether expressed or implicit.

Exactly. Employers aren't gonna give you more rights than they have to, that's why the number is 99%. The easier to fire your ass, the better for the business owner.

I heard that cracker is a derogatory term coined by rich whites to demean poor whites for accepting free meals back in the day, which used to include saltines

As for these racists losing their jobs

Lol I made one of the submissions on that tumblr page.

So @obnoxiouslyfresh‌ you feel like composing another email to the Linux Foundation about this guy:
https://m.facebook.com/BaWLzOsTEEL

He runs this page too:
https://m.facebook.com/xtheprestigiousenigmax

I'm on it lol! This is so much fun! ;))

Sick of these damn racists. Cant even watch a youtube video in peace. Idiots wanna be racist online and link personal information. I'm gonna make a template and just change the names of the companies for all the emails I send.

@Peeny_Wally‌

I saw some of them, but I need something a little more racially inflammatory. The two I saw definitely had a racial tinge and were distasteful, but I need something a bit more overt and egregious for the companies to take it serious. Like "go back to Africa" and of course the n-word.

I Know for sure if you live in a common wealth state (Like PA) They can definitely fire you for absolutely any reason they feel. As long as it's not discrimination.

What I want to know is how do you get all their info, including their job?

I'm bout to go to Twitter strictly to hunt racists down.
