White folks know who they can get away with the fuck shit with. If you present yourself as halfway intelligent, informed, proud and self-respecting individual, you'll never have any problems -- even if you are the only black person in the room.

I'm of the belief system that every white person is a racist douchebag until proven otherwise. And even if they do prove themselves to be somewhat capable of not being mentally retarded, I still keep my guard up.

Probably the safest way to ensure you're never shocked and disappointed when/if your so-called white "friends" have a Remy (Higher Learning) moment.

I agree and disagree about the general sentiment. For me, it's a matter of stupidity vs. ignorance.

Ignorance simply means the lack of knowledge. We're all ignorant to an extent. The cure to this problem? Knowledge. Are there white people ignorant of the black struggle? Of course, it only wouldn't make sense if they weren't. Are there white people who are willing to be educated, or at least, acknowledge their ignorance? I think so, regardless of how small this demographic might be. I will still actively fuck with such people. I can't afford not to do so.

Stupidity is an altogether different monster. Stupidity can mean those who are ignorant and refuse knowledge or those who have the knowledge and refuse to use it. Those people, who are apparently the focus of this article, are more or less hopeless. I avoid them at all costs, which is quite a task since I believe that they might be the majority. Such people have the misfortune of living their whole life, from birth to death, as stupid people.

I talk with white people about racism if the opportunity presents itself, as long as the convo can remain respectful on their part. I feel like if I have a problem with someone's thought process and they are legit interested in engaging in a conversation about it, it's kinda my duty to try to make it clear to them why they have their head up their ass. If I don't do that, me complaining about them having their had up their ass doesn't really mean much.

The key is understanding the difference between the ignorant and the WILLFULLY ignorant. You gotta not engage with the willfully ignorant, because it's a waste of time and energy. Some don't understand what the fuck is going on out here...some don't WANT to understand what is going on.

completely agree with the thread post. If I can put a twist on the points made and go in another direction:I don't talk about race much-if at all around whites. I've learned it's senseless. We as a race could wreak some positives from starting to be silent and move in silence. Stop announcing everything we plan. I don't believe in the Illuminati or care, but I do believe in the CIA,KGB, masons, FBI, EU, fraternities and I can see the power in keeping your mouth shut when in STEALTH mode. The wrongs done to blacks has gone way past talking. There doesn't need to be anything else said. Don't want or care for no race debate or national conversation on race or no national apology. If ain't nobody talking about figuring out how to give back what was stolen and let those actions (giving back land, paying off in some form the lives taken and families split, the loss of jobs and denial of loans and false imprisonments to discriminating injustices) until the debate is on how and what to do to PAY back those dealt that due to race and that is the conversation being had then I don't believe shit about NOT being racist or anyone sincere in feeling they understand the black plight.
