I was actually defending Sterling. He wasn't slaving black folks or whipping them. He just had his own opinion on them and he said this in the privacy of his home. Just like how black folks in the media can get away with jokes and it's funny towards white folks?

Most of the whites have power through hard work. I'm not a SJW so forgive me for not getting mad at Donald Sterling and Officer Wilson ok.

I find Blacks the most racist to be honest.

This shit right here I can not believe you actually typed.

So, tell me? How did whites get into position of power? I mean did they just sit on their ass because they're white and it was granted to them? Because the men that are most homeless are............ *Drum Rolls* Are white.

White men are the most powerful and the same time the poorest men. Whites are the ones creating stuff for you to use so you can rant on and on about white supremacy and all. LOL, this is funny to me but hey we live in a liberal western utopia. Where White Men are the baddies and Black Men are that underdog who are being chained by institutional racism. When the truth in the matter is black folks in the America just suck.

In regards to regular observation, they think the mention of race, calling upon someone unknown to you by a racial identifier is "racist"

For instance if you say something as mundane as oh its the black dude over there..

Alot of people dont know the difference of stereotypes and racist comments.

some stereotypical comments can be racist if they are rooted in racism obviously

But saying Asians are bad drivers isnt a racist comment

Just as saying someone looks Mexican

What makes comments racist is usually what the person says next.. when speaking of stereotypes

Everyone does this but I see this in white people especially in innocuous comments.. they'll say well that was racist with a little amused chuckle. That shit right there is just as bad because although its not racist.. they take it as a joke thinking what was said was racist

Why isn't the bolded racist?

It's is. Let's move on.

This may not be the universally accepted or traditional definition but I think of 'racism' as discrimination (on the basis of race) that's rooted in (racial) prejudice. Prejudice doesn't necessarily imply actual discrimination. Generalizations aren't necessarily rooted in prejudice or malice but some assumptions are the result of a preexisting bias. Black people, on average, have lower IQs than non-Jewish whites who have, on average, lower IQs than East Asians. It's not necessarily 'racist' (prejudiced) to believe this because it's supported by hard evidence. It could be true that East Asians are generally worse drivers than whites but it would still be racist to imply that there's an inherent connection between being East Asian and being a relatively bad driver. If there could be even one theoretical exception then it's a matter of correlation, not causation. Some Asians are good drivers and some whites are bad drivers. Whites are generally more intelligent than black people - that is a fact- but some black Africans (with no non-black ancestry) have genius level IQs and some Jewish people have below average IQs, so it's not inherent to ethnicity.

Racism is simply believing that your race is more superior than every other race, believing that someone's education is an indicator of their ethnicity, believing a status quo of the ignorance of someone based on their race in a negative way i.e. rap music before they speak therefore only most white people think that way and the whitewashed society that watch fox news on a regular like white Mexicans and Spaniards that deny their roots and wonder why other Hispanic people don't like them negating the definition of reverse racism. There is no such thing as reverse racism.

Reverse racism is a defense mechanism against racism. To believe someone is racist, you're not prejudging their intelligence just their views of other people based on something they did or said and that's not racist.

Racism is genetically bred into white people and it will never go away. Racism causes people to age faster which is why most white people look a lot older than their age. Paula Dean is like 40 years old and looks 90.

You must not follow history. How did white ppl get in power? Well for one, through robbing, raping & murdering the native amercians you stole this country from. Secondly, one must mention the benefits you reaped from enslaving africans and having them basically BUILD this country for free. Hard work? Um, no. Most the power you have is off the backs of others. You are the only race that can work less, but still be put in positions of power (see George W Bush).

Again, check your history. White ppl have stole basically everything and own nothing that's theirs. They've put in place a system purposely setup to keep other races from empowering themselves. Raping, murdering & lying your way to power is not something I'd be necessarily proud of

-Competing groups.

-Close proximity.

Oh, you're going get tired of each others' shit pretty quickly. Just make sure your group aint the easiest one to fuck over when tensions rise.

Why isn't the bolded racist?

Because their is no racial atttachment to saying they are bad drivers its a stereotypical conclusion not rooted in racism unless you say some shit like because of their slanted eyes or some dumb shit like that now if you say All asian women are whores thats racist because the connotation is venomous and rooted in a RACIST stereotype instead of a generalized assumption like all asians are good at math.

Thats just how I see it... its the words after that stereotypical comment that make something racist in most cases..

Just my own view and how I always seen it

Surprised people responded

I don't see the discrepancy between any of those examples

Are you implying that if the stereotype arises out of culture or some kind of shared learned behavior within a group it is not racist, but when it's attached to biology it is? How is the former invalidated?

You lost me breh

has it been attributed to their slanted eyes... if so then that would be racist.. never heard anyone say thats why their are bad drivers.

Dogs and cats have race relations figured out.

Humans don't.

Funniest shit about racism is the emotion tied to something as trivial as skin tone. Ppl will construct their entire reality around the shade of skin and never realize they've spent their entire life based on insecurity, miseducation and ignorance.

Dogs come in many breeds and will continue to do so bcuz they don't discriminate. Same with cats.

Humans are petty, mentally unstable, fragile beings that are closer to parasitic than they are dominant. The reflection in the mirror says greatness but the reflection in nature says virus.

Ppl don't know racism? Nah bro...ppl don't know self.

This right here is my main problem with racists. They think so long as they dont have a swastika tattoo on their chest or forehead or they've never been in the KKK they can possibly be racist.

I mean, they know all the lyrics to 50 Cent's last CD and they have "plenty of black friends" so...NOPE...not racist!

~Racism is when you're more angry about 10-12 people burning down a corner store than you are about an unarmed person getting shot and protestors being attacked by police with no cause.

~It's when you call a college educated black man a THUG for talking trash on TV but not one mention of THUG for white race car drivers engaging in an all out Brawl after a race.

~It's when you deny employment or housing based on the name you see on the application

~It's when you deny a loan even though the minority has better credit than the white man you approved.

...More important, it's when you deny that racism even exists and when you make excuses for whites in America. That's racism. And most white are racist in that they perpetuate and excuse racism and think they cant be racist simply because they arent aggressive about it.
