Bigotry is the minor shit. It's a comment, a thought, an opinion. Can be based on a perceived stereotype.

Prejudice is just that, pre-judging. Can be based on an accepted stereotype.

Racism is the major shit. It effects people and their future generations. It has actual mechanisms, tools, and systems to push one race back, while allowing another race to run/race forward.

In regards to regular observation, they think the mention of race, calling upon someone unknown to you by a racial identifier is "racist"

For instance if you say something as mundane as oh its the black dude over there..
